Technology : Minimum System Requirements

The XRM^SM System is delivered on an Application Services Provider (ASP) model. As an ASP, XRM^SM Solutions provides its clients access to the actual systems and data via the Internet. As a result, the systems have been designed for use by anyone with a personal computer and access to the Internet via an Internet Service Provider - no other software tools are required. The current minimum system requirements for use of the XRM^SM products are as follows:

• A personal computer with a minimum processor speed of 166MHz, or a Macintosh with a G3 (166MHz) or higher processor
• Windows 98 or more recent Windows operating system for personal computers, Mac OS version 8.1 or more recent operating system for Macintosh computers
• An Internet browser application: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher, or Netscape version 6 or higher
• Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or other Email application capable of receiving email notifications sent by the XRM^SM System
• Access to the Internet via any Internet Service Provider

Additional capabilities are required for certain features of the XRM^SM products, such as:

• Access to a printer for production of hard copy XRM^SM reports
• Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet application, for importing comma separated value (csv) format report files for further exporting to other systems
• Access to a CD-ROM drive for use of certain CD-ROM based XRM^SM training and documentation materials (hard copy materials are also available)
• Available hard disk space for storage of XRM^SM reports as files, if desired
• Ability to set screen resolution to at least 800 x 600 for optimal viewing of XRM^SM screens
