The XRMSM Solutions application is a web-based tool with 3-tier architecture. The front end is an Internet browser. The business processing layer is built on Microsoft.Net framework. The data is maintained in an MS-SQL 2000 Server database. Reports are available under Crystal Reports and display the reports directly into the browser.
XRMSM Solutions understands the sensitivity of the data used by the system. All necessary precautions to secure and protect clients' information have been taken. Our system security and data protection include:
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server protected behind a firewall
- Data protection with anti-virus system
- NAT implementation so real IP addresses are not displayed
- Daily on-site and off-site backups
- User lock out after client-specified number of unsuccessful login attempts
- Managerial hierarchy and authority levels to limit data accessibility
- Storing sensitive data in encrypted format in the database
- Disaster/Recovery system
Integration with external systems is available as any of the reports can be exported to a .csv file. Systems for electronic invoicing and remittance are custom developed based on each client’s requirements. The XRMSM Solutions Time Import Facility accepts time records from client-based time reporting or project accounting systems.
