About XRMSM Solutions
eXternal Resource Management (XRMSM) Solutions is an independent operating division of Acro Service Corporation (Acro). In 1999, Acro foresaw the future of contingent workforce staffing being dominated by companies offering both vendor management services and online procurement software. Already having a proven track record with vendor management services, Acro embarked on a search to find a company with suitable on-line software. By forming a partnership with such a firm, Acro could offer a complete solution set to its clients. After researching the software systems on the market at that time, Acro realized none accomplished what they thought to be vitally important for online systems, providing customization and tailoring options to meet individual client requirements. Most were “canned” products that offered clients little or no flexibility. Acro determined at that time to develop its own online procurement software to enhance their vendor management services.
Since that time, and based on response to client requests, Acro has invested heavily in the development of its XRMSM Solutions. XRMSM Solutions consists of web-enabled software (XRMSM Systems) and tailored assistance programs (XRMSM Services) to optimize the procurement and management of contingent (temporary, contract and 1099) labor. It provides automated solutions for managing temporary workforce procurement, professional payrolling, time and expense management and related services.
In 2003, XRMSM Solutions became one of the first VMS software systems to automate the procurement processes unique to the Light Industrial or Commercial arena with the launch of XRMSM Solutions – Commercial.
Today, XRMSM Solutions offers clients the option of building their solution set by selecting the Professional version, Commercial version or a combination of both.
XRMSM Solutions is headquartered in Livonia, MI within Acro Service Corporation's World Headquarters.
